Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following product categories:
✅ Clothing
✅ Watches
✅ Shoes
✅ Home & Décor
✅ Beauty Products (Only unused and sealed items)

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Beauty products must be sealed and unopened due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
  • Watches and electronic items must be returned with their warranty cards (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on final sale or clearance discounts.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Beauty and skincare items that have been opened or used.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request: Log in to your account, go to Orders, and select Return Item.
  2. Pack the Product: Ensure it is securely packed with all original tags, boxes, and accessories.
  3. Schedule a Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address, or you may choose to self-ship the item.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Exchange: You can exchange your product for a different size or item, subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
